Zero Ten Studio is founded by me (Maarten) in 2016 for my freelancing work. Although based in Rotterdam, it is fairly common that a significant part of work happens remotely.
I have a background in both development and design, and have experience with manging teams in both disciplines. My field of expertise lies in UX and optimization, nonetheless I enjoy other challenges as well.
In my past experience, I have developed a keen sense for situational leadership. It is my belief that any organization is as good as its people. Therefore, I think it is of utmost importance that teams are enabled to achieve the best of their ability in a supportive environment. I prefer to use a situational leadership style to achieve this.
